The fixes are many.
This one caught my eye:
- Tuned Kick Power and Kick Accuracy of progression of kickers and punters in Dynasty Mode
The problem? It's still 100% broken. This tuning pack does ZIP to address the real issue.
OK, let me try and make this as clear as I POSSIBLY can:
The issue is not just "progression" -- the issue is:
THE FRESHMEN KICKERS SUCK!
THEY COME IN RATED AS LOW AS 45 OVR WITH THE ABILITY OF MY 9 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER! THEY LITERALLY CANNOT MAKE EXTRA POINTS!
Sigh.
In 2012 USF still signs 1 kicker who is rated a 46 overall and can't make an extra point. Until THIS gets fixed Dynasty Mode, for me and a lot of others, remains useless. Utterly useless.

Too bad. Is there nothing that can be done to help kickers? Adjusting the power sliders? Manually adjusting the K ratings? I guess if there was you would not have been so dismayed in your post.
I have been tempted to pick up NCAA, but I know I will be pissed if I cannot have a workable Dynasty mode.

I have an unrelated question I'd like to ask. I was curious if you had considered retrying Backbreaker with that huge patch they released a little bit ago?
Maybe "Mr. Mr. Passionate-NCAA-Football-Gamer" is someone specific they know who has totally different issues with the game than normal people would.
That's my theory.
